All interested applicants will submit their application at the Office of the Student Affairs. Please submit it personally for the interview and observe the standard health protocol as prescribed by our Local Government Unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

a. President / Vice President

1. Must be a bonafide student of the institution and an incoming 3rd or 4th year student.

2. Must be a resident of the institution for at least two years.

3. Must be officially enrolled in at least 18 units with no failing grades on the semester prior to the election period.

4. Must have no derogatory record

5. Must possess good moral character.

b. Senators

1. Must be a bonafide student of the institution.

2. Must be a resident of the institution for at least one year.

3. Must be officially enrolled in at least 18 units with no failing grades on the semester prior to the election period.

4. Must have no derogatory record.

5. Must possess good moral character.

c. Departmental Representative

1. Must be a bonafide student of the institution.

2. Must be a resident of the institution for at least one year.

3. Must be officially enrolled in at least 18 units with no failing grades on the semester prior to the election period.

4. Must have no derogatory record.

5. Must possess good moral character.

NEW NORMAL STUDENTS ORIENTATION

September 9, 2020

ATTENDANCE IS A MUST !

Please be guided by the school safety guidelines & MGCQ Odinance | SP Ordinance briefer No. 20-584

1. Physical distancing of at least 1 meter.

2. Mandatory use of face mask.

3. Frequent washing of hands or use of sanitizer or alcohol.

4. Avoid physical contact with other people when outside of residence.

NOTE:

For new students, present your assessment form upon entering the school campus. For old student, they may use their school ID. Please be guided by the time scheduled, 8:30AM orientation exclusively for College of Education and Bachelor of Arts - all year level. 1:30PM is for Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Studies - all year level.
